Shee-wa is an award-winning guitarist, composer, producer and recording artist of Downtempo, Jazzhop, Chillhop, Ambient and also Alternative Rockpop music.

She started her musical journey in early childhood, learning the guitar at a young age. At the age of 15, she joint apunk-funk band with self-written songs and some gigs in her hometown Braunschweig. She attended studies in classical guitar, opera singing and graduated the “Popkurs” at the College of Music & Drama Hamburg. Years later, studies in musicology at University Hamburg and music production.

In the 90s, Shee-wa was one of the first professional female rock guitarists in Germany. With over 1000 shows under her belt, she worked live/studio all over Europe with best-known artists, bands, labels, theaters, cruises and numerous projects from rock to classical music.

In 2010, Shee-wa decided to focus on music production and her own solo projects Erdton, Jelly Tape. Since 2021 she released all her solo projects under Shee-wa. She works out from her studio in Hamburg.
